Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Client Manager, you will take ownership of high-value residential sales transactions while acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams. This role is suited to an experienced agent who can independently manage complex deals, nurture long-term client relationships, and contribute to team performance.
You will handle premium listings, experienced buyers and investors, off-plan launches, and repeat clientele, while supporting junior agents when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-value and complex residential sales transactions
• Advise clients on investment strategy, pricing, and market conditions
• Source and manage exclusive and premium listings
• Lead negotiations and deal structuring
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and repeat clients
• Support and mentor junior sales team members
• Maintain detailed records using the AI-powered CRM
• Stay informed on market shifts, launches, and trends
