Role Overview – Sales Client Manager
As a Sales Client Manager, you will manage residential property sales transactions across the secondary and off-plan markets. This role is focused on buyer and seller relationship management, deal negotiation, and guiding clients through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion.
You will be responsible for sourcing listings, qualifying buyers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process while delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end residential sales transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Source and manage property listings
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts
• Coordinate with developers, conveyancers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records via the AI-powered CRM
• Stay up to date with Dubai property market trends and pricing
