Role Overview
As a Leasing Client Manager, you will be responsible for leasing transactions from enquiry through to contract signing. This role is heavily focused on landlord and tenant relationship management, property leasing, and delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include marketing available properties, coordinating and conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, preparing tenancy documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover for both landlords and tenants. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships while staying informed on rental market trends and RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end leasing transactions for residential properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of service at all times
• Market rental listings across portals and internal channels
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate rental terms, renewals, and contract conditions
• Prepare and manage tenancy documentation in line with RERA regulations
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s AI-powered CRM
• Stay up to date with Dubai rental market trends and pricing
