Role Overview – Holiday Homes Agent
As a Holiday Homes Agent, you will be responsible for growing and managing our short-term rental portfolio while ensuring exceptional service for both property owners and guests. This role combines business development, property onboarding, revenue optimisation, and day-to-day operational coordination.
You will work closely with landlords, investors, and internal teams to secure new units, maximise occupancy and revenue, and deliver a seamless holiday homes experience from onboarding through to guest departure.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and secure new holiday home properties by engaging landlords, investors, and developers
• Negotiate and close holiday home management agreements
• Coordinate full property onboarding, including inspections, compliance, listings, and professional photography
• Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to set competitive nightly rates and optimise revenue
• Manage guest bookings and communications across multiple platforms
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and issue resolution
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and unit turnovers to maintain high property standards
• Maintain accurate availability calendars, lead tracking, and performance reporting via internal systems

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or relevant real estate roles
• RERA certification is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Proven ability to source properties and close agreements
• Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills
• Solid understanding of the Dubai/UAE property market
• UAE driving licence and own car for property viewings and flexibility
