Role Overview – Commercial Client Manager
As a Commercial Client Manager, you will manage leasing and sales transactions across office, retail, and commercial assets. This role is focused on advising landlords, investors, and corporate clients, managing commercial listings, and delivering strategic property solutions.
You will handle negotiations, valuations, market analysis, and client advisory, ensuring a professional and consultative approach throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage commercial leasing and sales transactions
• Advise landlords, investors, and corporate clients
• Source and manage office, retail, and commercial listings
• Conduct viewings, site inspections, and client meetings
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and sale agreements
• Prepare proposals, market analysis, and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with RERA and commercial regulations
• Maintain records via the AI-powered CRM system

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in commercial real estate leasing and/or sales
• Strong client advisory and negotiation skills
• Understanding of Dubai commercial market dynamics
• Professional, organised, and commercially minded
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Dubai commercial experience preferred
